Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise light mayo works great if you like a more generous pour
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp grainy Dijon mustard any Dijon-style mustard works
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar. Whisk or shake until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

  • This dressing pairs especially well with salads made using grilled chicken breasts or shredded chicken.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • If the dressing thickens when chilled, stir in a splash of water to loosen.
