Best-Ever Sriracha Mayo

Creamy, balanced sriracha mayo with lime and sesame oil. Easy to make and perfect for bowls, wraps, burgers, and meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha, to taste (about 2 tbsp) add more or less based on your spice preference
  • Dash of sesame oil approximately 1/2 tsp or less
  • 1-2 tbsp Fresh lime juice (bottled works, fresh is best)
  • Lime zest from 1/2 to 1 lime optional but highly recommended

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Taste and adjust heat or acidity as needed.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
